Under the ownership of Erin Calvo-Bacci and Carlo Bacci, The Chocolate Truffle has grown to 3 retail locations in Reading, Lynnfield and Winchester Massachusetts and an online store. Their wholesale and manufacturing facility, Bacci Chocolate Design is located in Swampscott, Massachusetts. As seen on The Phantom Gourmet, Fox 25, Rachael Ray and featured in The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, Taste TV’s The Chocolate Guide and The Chocolate Tour, they have been busy supplying their stores and specialty retailers nationwide.

Erin and Carlo take pride in manufacturing the freshest, handmade, hand rolled truffles and hand dipped chocolates along with amazing signature items. The Chocolate Brioche is a shell made entirely of chocolate, filled with their finest hand dipped salt caramels, chocolate mousse, and caramel toffee crunch to name a few. This wonderful gift creates a sensation as a table centerpiece and dessert for guests. Their line of gourmet bars features unique flavors such as pink Himalayan sea salt, cinnamon chili, BBQ bacon, orange infusion, espresso and pumpkin apricot and a signature series called the CB Stuffer line which features jumbo peanut butter cups, peanut butter or caramel stuffed cookies and brownies dipped in chocolate.
